well im getting fat and untoned so am finally joining the gym!

shall i start off with cardio?
im really and truely out of shape everywhere, but want to focus on my stomach and legs and arms and my bum.. well pretty much everywhere, But my legs mainly as my legs are my best asset when it comes to my modelling... and well toned legs always look good!

so what would you reccomend to start with to build up the fitness level?

my modelling pictures wil not show my bad bit si have them edited and i only shoose pics that are nice..soo no pics will be posted!

I just want advice... considering im unfit and havnt done proper excercise in years!

thats why i spent the last year trying to put weight on so i can now tone it up and turnninto muscle... trouble is my fat is on my stomach, bum and hips..which is the worst place in the world tbh :-(
i want to be size 6 again .but really ripped!!

you dont put weight on to turn it into muscle...you should eat big at the same time as working out to get bigger.

if your not going to do a proper workout then they will be useless, will just turn into fat.

Your best asking at the gym your going to for some diet tips as will really depend on what your doing there. Id expect it would consist of cutting down on shitty foods, eating more smaller meals a day and getting the right balance of proteins and carbs.

You'd probably be better off going swimming and doing something like boxercise a few times a week. Just eat small, often, and healthy.

yes that would be great to, but i cant swim.. so tiny problem there...but they do have a swimming pool there so can pretend... ile get fit enough trying to swim! lol

i do wnat to eventually do a proper work out, strict diet etc... but want to start off gradually as ive been unfit for a while....
