Now and again i sub sounds like it has a heart beat. when u look at the sub it looks like its being pushed in and out really hard. when i turn the head unit out it stops but then starts again when i turn it back on but it doesnt happen all the time.
on the amp i fiddle about with the blue leads (from the head unit) and it stops and starts depending on how much i wiggle it, does anyone know what it is or how i can stop it?

ive had that, need some help too! it happens when i go over big bumps aswell lol :s

You have pretty much answered your own question! Get decent cables and make sure they are secure! Make sure all the connections are clean aswell..
I take it you mean the phono cables (left and right) are the ones causing the problems aswell and not the remote wire?
