Anyone been to the pub or anywhere today? With the smoking ban in order?

Not been to the pub yet, but cant wait!! Will be able to come home smelling smoke free, only thing is most of my mates smoke, so whilst there outside having a fag, ill be stood in the pub by myself

was in blackpool last night and clubs was allowing smoking, well wasnt any ashtrays but even staff was smoking inside..

ban began at 12 midnight, i was out till about 3 so.. hence it was in place.

ha ha.

Not been yet, don't smoke myself but couldn't care less whether people smoke or not. In resteraunts were people or eatin there should be a ban but not in pubs without food. Will spoil the atmosphere.

hotels lied to us then, collected all ashtrays at 12 and said ban was inplace as of 12midnight.. mofo's.. had to go outside for a cig when id got in.. not happy lads.
