IIRC there's a vid of some Arab Nissan Patrol with a monster V8 in it doing some Arab style hillclimb up a sand dune, near vertical and for some reason I've got a figure of 8-9secs for 1/8mile (on sand and near vertical remember!)

Just checked the vid on streetfire.net and it is 200m (1/8mile) the climb is 70-75º and it is from a standing start on sand and it does it in 8.4secs
