you may remember a while back i had a track corsa redtop r1 carbs etc very quick, eventualy got it all insured and put on the road for a weekend car bit of fun today i ran my boss to aberdeen from glenrothes quite a long drive. when we were leavin aberdeen my car felt a bit les responsive wen i let my foot of the accelerator it wud still go for a second or two. i didnt think nuthing of it. pulled away from a junction trying to give a nice smooth ride for my boss of course and my accelertor cable got jammed on full throtle hitting the limiter 1st 2nd 3rd then i killed it. my boss was white as a ghost! wudnt get back in the car haha had to get sum1 else to pic him up turns out there was a piece of frayed cable making it stick. what a day

I had this on my old moped. I was running a 125 runner carb on the 70cc' motor, and the tit that fitted it kept the standard cable and cut it down to fir the carb - as u can imaged, it fryed and would not stop, not a nice experience!
