Just had this convo round the office for some reason about dreams...
and I can actually control them, like If I need to know whether a dream is real or not, pinch someone. If your hand goes through them (which it will do if its a dream) then its fake...
Or one time I was being chased by some big monster thing  and I stopped and said this is a dream.. and it stopped chasing me and chased someone else
Dreams are strange as fuck tbh
Can anyone else control what they're dreaming about?

there are certain type of dreams you can control, where you know its a dream and can do as you wish, called Lucid dreams. You can train yourself to have them IIRC.

had a really fucked up dream last night god knows where it came from.
I dreamt i was doing some kind of outdoor activities thing, which i guess for some reason came from the outdoors activities day we had for work last week, in it i remember squashing an orange spider with my fingers, i was looking at a spider with orange legs on the window before i went to bed, then it got really fucked up and i ended up in a shed with some random devil worshippers and they got killed by some randon ghosts, have no idea where that came from

The dreams i have would frighten the living shit out of most of you and you would seriously readress your opinions of me.
some dreams i have had have been so horrific that i have developped a skill of waking myself up. I have to concentrate really hard during the dream but 7/10 i can pull it off.

i suffer from night terrors and have done since the age of about 13 (im now 21) had to take pills before but i dont have to anymore as they are dying down a bit now. Used to have one every night at home, when i got older and bigger my mum wouldnt get up as they were so violent i would lash out (without knowing) so my dad always had to get up and do it.
I've broken bones in my hands and feet from it, knocked myself unconcious, broken stuff in my room etc, i even had them if i stayed at mates and have pinned a few of them down lol
i can control the lucid dreams as someone mentioned, sometimes i have them in the day when im bored, everyone likes to have a dream because they can be someone else then
