im looking at moving banks as im not happy with HSBC, but was wondering if theres any banks out there at the moment that offer the facility of transfering all your sd, dd and over draft accross?

I left HSBC for the Halifax. HSBC did everything they could to make the switch as painfull as possible.

I don't blame you for wanting to change!

halifax i think are giving you 100 to change too and they will transfer all your DD's

I thought all banks switched over your direct debits for you? ive just switched from barclays to hsbc and it was no hassle at all.

Royal Bank of Scotland are giving free 100 quid i think it was and transfer all your stuff across

abbey do everything for u at no charge and its relativly quick, only took a week for my wages t go into the new account then when thats sorted they close the old one, simple, hpe that helps
