I'd still buy them, regardless of looking like a cheapskate. Either way, I don't have to pay knock off prices at the cinema to eat their food... since my local cinema is searching people that enter the screening... not for knives, guns or cameras - for food! Wtf, and then its like £4 for a bag of popcorn, £3-5 for a drink. Piss off

going to the cinema takes the piss tbh if you go quite alot.
for the ticket and regular popcorn and drink your looking at about £12
Would rather buy the knock off and get a drink and popcorn for £6-7 lol

They legally cannot stop you from entering with your own food, BBC3 had a programme about it, and discovered that they had no actual law to stop you, only a policy in their own cinema.
So, next time you go in and they search you, tell them to fuck off
