im naturaly big build and broad, but kinda have a bit of a tyre round the waist. not anywhere near as big as it used to be. and tbh i have a minor case of the love handles! haha
how can i slim down the waist and bulk up?
i have things like step, one of them big balls, elliptical trainer and also a home gym...like this one

i understand diet is important too! i have like no work over the next month of two! how much and for how long should i use the equip per day!?
any helps gonna b great cheers!

you cant biuld muscle and lose body fat at the same time, but you could cut some bodyfat and become nice and lean/ toned
www.bodybuilding.com would be a much better site for you

As said you wouldnt be able to do both real successfully at the same time. You'd be best off concentrating on cardio work and light weight, high rep exercises concentrating on all areas of your body. Also a lot of core exercises aswell. To get rid of the love handles the core exercises are very good, and also concentrating on a lot of lower side ab work.
You are best to get a set routine working for a month or so then switch it around, have a look at some of the above mentioned websites. As for the machine u have, sell that and get to a gym if possible
