Really fucking hurting

Tried paracetemol & ibuprofen, hasn't really helped. Mouthwash helps for a little while as the alcahol seems to numb it, but that soon wears off

Got work to do but I an't think straight cos its hurting so much

How much it would help I dont know but apparently cocaine is good for it, as it does numb stuff quite quickly and effectivly.

I belive it actually has roots in dentistry actually

Novacaine is what dentists use, people sometimes cut it with cocaine as its effects are the similar to the numbing that cocaine causes

Apparently
