I've just spent bloody hours cleaning the car but I'm very pleased with the end result.
First off, as posted in a thread the other day my wheels were the first thing to get a clean, then sealed with Poorboys Wheel Sealent...
Before...

After...

Next up was the interior. Most of the car was given a hoover, glass was cleaned with Autoglym Glass Cleaner, plastic wiped down with Aerospace 303 and carbon fibre was given some Megs NXT treatment.
Here's a pic of my new centre console after a layer of Meguiars NXT...

Onto the wash and finish, which was done as follows...
- Rinsed the car down
- Washed using 2 bucket method and Megs NXT shampoo with Megs lambswool and microfibre mitts.
- Rinsed the dried with a Poorboys waffle weave towel
- Clayed with Meguiars detail spray and Poorboys clay bar
- Rinsed and dried
- Autoglym Super Resin Polish applied with Megs pad and removed with Megs microfibre cloth
- Chemical Guys EZ Creme Glaze applied with Sonus Blue microfibre applicator pad and removed with Poorboys Mega Deluxe Towel
- 2 layers of Chemical Guys Jetseal 109 applied with Sonus Blue microfibre applicator pad and removed with Poorboys Mega Deluxe Towel.
The Chemical Guys products were really easy to use and I found they left no residue when removing.
Here's the final outcome...
Before...

After...

pmsl he wont be back to square one, after the treatments he has done he will probably be able to clean his car with a microfibre clloth and a little bit of detailing spray. the dirt will just wipe off.
i spent a day a couple of weeks ago doing similar to what pop has done, a whole week of rain and car getting covered in shit. less then 10 mins with one cloth and a little instant detailer spray and it was back to how it was.
Much to learn you have

also no one uses a chamois anymore >>
We also don't recommend using a natural or synthetic chamois for everyday drying. The chamois material, especially a natural chamois, develops a large amount of friction when being pulled across your paint, almost to the point of suction. The problem: this "dragging traction" is sufficient enough to distort and/or strip wax from your paint. Also, there is very little nap to a chamois (synthetic or natural), so any particles not washed off have a higher chance of being rubbed directly onto the paint and causing scratches and swirl marks.

Looks nice, you've done a top job. Don't normally like 206's, but I really rate this
