Fitted bilstein shocks and 60mm springs and the weekend and im sure the fronts are bottoming out when I go over a bump cause it doesnt sound healthy at all and goes out with a thump. Doesnt rub at all though

Is there any way to stop this? Im presuming that it isnt safe to drive the car while its like this
