I am a parent and wouldnt let my 5 year old daughter out of my sight ever, never have. wouldnt even leave her in the car on the drive while I unpacked the shopping or in the front garden without me or my girlfriend watching her.
Got thinking today, would they have left £10,000 in cash on the hotel bed? sadly the answer without a doubt would be no, they wouldnt have in my opinion. sort of puts the case in perspective.

I was under the impression it was illegal to leave a child under 12 in a house without an adult anyway?

I dont think she "went missing"
I think people need to be looking at the parents more. I think they no more than they are letting on
And i agree with what Dave said 100%

If it was 12 in the afternoon and they were left wide awake running around the house id agree, however late in the evening left sound asleep is ok 'imo'

it think its not ok what ever time it is, what happened if there was an accident in that time you wernt there. i no i would feel that it was my fault. Parents that think its ok to leave childen alone on there on for what ever time i feel is neglecting the child.

I agree that it was irresponsible to leave them alone.

I dont want another heated debate but the parents know their own children better than anyone, im sure they wouldnt leave them if they thought they couldnt/shouldnt!!
If the kids are known for going to bed & not getting back out of it, going straight to sleep, then there maybe better left to sleep undisturbed.
Is this any different to locking the kids in the house & sitting round the back garden while they sleep cos id do that.

i did think the parents did have somethin to do with it at first but i heared they had to have IVF to have all there children so i doubt very much they would do something like that. they shouldnt have left them at all never mind in a different country but they r paying 4 it now. lets just hope they find her safe and well

so leaving a child of 4 years old to look after 2 babies in a hotel room in a foreign country late in the evening while you go out to enjoy yourself is ok
I dont believe they had anything to do with it at all but do think they are 100% responsible for her going missing/being taken by their total ignorance, selfishness and lack of care.

I agree with Dave on this.
Also if this Kid was Black, Asian, anything other than white do you think they would have had the same responce?
I fear the answer for that is a big NO.
