wollaston seems to be bone dry but pitsford/northampton have had heavy rain since yesterday lunch.

was on a job in pitsford, prepped the lawn/topsoil ready for turfing, finished the block paving & cleaned up, 15 mins later we were in flash floods & the top soil ended up all over the new clean patio
