It's the fact he's got potentially 2 years out of it and the fact he'll be a player/coach which is something no Premiership or possibly championship team could have offered.

I'll be honest with you having watched him for 7 years the last 6 months have legs have literally gone.

He nearly signed for Wycombe, at least Forrest are a big club and this will boost their fans after missing out on the play offs.

great signing for forest, as mentioned above thou can he hack it?
lower league football is alot tougher than prem/championship football.

He is a good signing for us. Dont no why everyone is suprised we can get big players we are a big club. He could have gone to many other clubs in the championship but he is going to Forest

We just need a couple more good players now and we might win something

Yes you are a big club, personally I'm surprised he has gone to you though considering you're in League 1 at the moment. Had you gained promotion I could understand it more.

Could have went to a better club but depends on the deal on the table and the afters aswell..Ie coaching etc.

Not a bad signing but lets be honest, the blokes coming to the end of his career - could he really hack it in the Prem or even the Championship? I don't think so. He'll add some experience to Forest though on and off the field, could be an astute signing but depends if he has anything left in the locker.
