Lord Provosts Dinner no less, on Friday...............what the feck do I wear to something like that?

when i go somewhere like that i always think i am over dressed then when i get there i usually think i am underdressed, so go for a nice posh frock

There are only 2 other girls in the office, they haven't got a clue either

I'll ask the boss when he gets back if its black tie or not.

Think I'll opt for a dress, either that or I've got dressy cream trousers and a bustier top

Cocktail Dress

Evening Gown

I know Cocktail Dresses are considered more appropriate for less formal black tie occasions such as awards dinners and the like

Well I deffo don't have an evening gown

I have one dress that maybe fits into the cocktail dress catagory, but I think it might be a bit fancy/bare for this occasion






I've got on LBD that I've never worn, I'll try it on tonight and see what I think
