Was in by my local MOT station/garage today.
Noticed the Focus RS sat in the corner.... its been there for ages.
Got speaking about it after i asked what was up with it.
They havent fixed anything.
They have never met the owner.
They spoke with the owner to arange collection of the car to take to garage to be fixed. In November 2006.
They have spoken to blackhorse finance. They are financing the car but payments are still being made by the owner!
The car has just been sat there for 7 months... the owner hasnt even got in touch with them

Ringer - A person whom changes the serial codes on stolen cars. The serial numbers are generally found engraved onto the cars engine pieces, a ringer changes these engravings so it can not be identified by the authorities.
