Various stealers various replies.
Mine has ordered the bits [stalk N/A uk at present]
BUT I just found already has fully wired Clutch switch.
From knowledge of my astra its okay but various stealers know or dont know how to enable the warning light too.

You will probably have to have the ECU reprogrammed to have it work.

Let me know if you manage to do it, because I have heard of a few people doing it on thier Grande Puntos but can't find much information on it anywhere and as far as I'm aware most of those electronics are the same.
From what I have found out though you need the right stalk and the wiring for it might be taped in place. You then plug the stalk in and get programmed to turn on and off at the dealer. However the cruise control light on the dash wont work on the Punto. Not sure if it's the same to that extent on the Corsa though.

Thanks ed. Hopefully next week if the stalk arrives.
The stealer already cannot pgm the ASTRA's light to come on. I read on the AONetwork it can be done on Tech 2 so well see.
Like Alian said lot of programming to do.

Well apparently on Stilos the ability for cruise control was predisposed on all cars, it's just the matter of fitting the switches in at the factory. Its a common manufacturing technice to make everything the same to reduce costs in mass production, so you might find that it's a fairly easy retrofit. Who knows though....
