on this beasty (well not that exact one, ours is bigger)



started just after 6 and pretty much just got home, i now smell of gearbox oil and diesel lol

its a fun life mate, i do it every day on komatsu's, doesnt half leave you stinking at the end of the day but

i actually enjoy it more than my own job tbh, its more hands on. in parts its just sort of book a part out/in, get it/put away bout it lol

p.s if anyones curious as to what was involved it was :

drain and fill 4 wheel hubs
drain and fill 1 transfer box
drain and fill 2 axles
drain engine oil
replace 2 engine oil filters
replace 2 fuel filters/water separator
replace water filter
top up oil
top up water
bleed fuel system
replace oil spinner filter
replace 2 air filters

so a fair bit to do and i still have a magnet to do lol

yeah it is a good job, hate getting sent to rubbish tips and stuff although had an easy service this week

hm300 working in a quarry in aberdeen, amazing weather that day so flew through it
