it's for my business plan and as part of it I'm going to set up a normal website but with the option of a forum, if it's easier, beacause I only need rough prices, then just a normal website where you can create different pages, please

Setting up a website is one cost, running it is another.

If you are willing to learn you're best to start with a template off the net and mod it to what you want. It'll be pretty basic though......

Or you could pay someone to do it for you - no doubt someone off here could do the design for a decent price but they're unlikely to run it for you to so you'll need to learn if you want to keep the costs down.

For the name ( NAME.co.uk ) less than £20, the work that goes into it, you could end up paying somebody 100's

I'm not going to set up up, I need to do a cashflow in this business plan, and a website is for the promotion etc, all I need to know is how much a basic website would cost roughly, and if you have a one off- fee, yearly,monthly so I can add it in to my financial planning!

Set up including domain name £200
Hosting £20 a month

(Very basic)

Domain names are registered for 2 years normally - max £20

As Whittie says, £20 for basic hosting per month plus around £200 site design one off. If you wanted someone to add single pages for you, you might be looking at £25 a page.
