While my mum was away, i thought id pinch her nice sony headunit that i left in the sport when i sold it to her for a kenwood one.
put the sony in my coupe, all fine, gone to put the kenwood in her corsa, and there is no life, so i got a test thing (very technical i know) and from what i can tell there is still power in both the yellow and red cables.
i have checked the number 17 fuse for the radio as it says in the book,
then i thought the headunit might be nackered, so i got the original vauxhall cd player that came in it, put it in expecting it to work still no life
starting to worry now as she is back on saturday haha.
hope you can help. Charlie

It could be a faulty wire somewhere. My corsa b has it so iv had it wired to the fuse box with an in-line fuse put in.

other possibilty will be the earth wire (black) sometimes you dont get a good connection. also does the head unit make any noise when its connected up and has power going to it
