I know it's not meant to be on here but no one ever replies on ice section.

You probs heard, had sub stolen so need new one.

This is the amp that runs the sub http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/1547.html

This is the sub i did have http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/1323.html has 350wats rms.

Shall i stick to that sub or any better ones for around that price. I do like it it sounded really good just wondered if any one had any other ideas?

go to motorworld and buy a JBL 12" for £49 sounds better, and its 1000 watt rms

my amp is 400 wats rms and my sub is 350 rms. is that a good balance would 400 rms sub be too much for the amp

yeah sorry 1000 max, but on the link the rockford fostgate one would be ace

and its better to have a weeker amp than the sub.

the other way around could result in splitting/blowing subs

o right i thought if your sub is to high compared to amp then it doesn't use its full potential

it doesnt which is better than killing your sub buy pumping as much power through it as you can.

i see. i dont want to spend more that 120 for sub but it is hard to find any that are more than 350 wats rms?
