On my way up to scotland a speed camera flashed me the OTHER side of the road, it was facing me and flashed at me 
Just wondering what will happen if anything

I didn't think they did that. Oops, all the times I've flew past the one on the A1. Hmm.. never had anything happen though.

a few cameras down close to the pod are like that, they face u rather then take a pic of the back end of your car like normal cameras

depends mate, in Lancashire (as an example) theres only one camera that can get you both ways, the rest are one way etc. don't know about the rest of the country but it must be possible

from what i remember from a talk with a taxi driver on the way home from town once. he was saying that they cant fine you if it flashes in your face as its dangerous or summat well thats what he said anyway seen as he set one of that was facing us.

Yep I got flashed going towards one ages ago nothing happened. It the Truvelo ones that get you both ways, I think thats what thy are called anyway.

one down near me that flashes at you if you are facing it, but only if you are very very close to the white lines in the middle of the road 
so basically, it see's nothing  obviously been set up incorrectly.

Fingers crossed it'll be ok then, was doing about 65-70 in a 60, nothing too silly anyway.

Alex like ya piccy 
Turvelo (dontflash) take ya piccy face on.
Gatso (do flash) take a picture from behind. But they sometimes do get confused if you go the other way too fast and snap you in a panic.
