Well after 2 weeks and 1000 miles the Tuscan is run in, the 3000rpm max has been hell!!!!

Just had its first service, set up and remap and now I can kick the shit out of it! Took it out properly for the first time last night and the thing flies! Didnt bother taking the track day cam cos it was getting dark and i thought it would be a bit boring...........how wrong! Withing 20 mins I had bumped into a new M5!

Youtube clip of the car idling while the throttles are being balanced (may take a while to appear tho!)

My car waiting to be serviced................check the Saggy at the end!!!

My brother summed it up best for me, he described it as the car nearest to the acceleration of a motorbike compared to others he has been in. He says they are awesome.

Yeah, Im well pleased with it now, especially with it having a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty on the engine! Speed and acceleration feels more than what it is due to the fact you are in what is basically a kit car with no ABS or traction control (altho 60 in 3.7 and 100 in 8.3 feels fast in anything!)

M5 thing went very well! From 40 to about 120 there was nothing in it (I wasnt gaining and he wasnt pulling away) then at around 120 I had to back off very slightly as I was catching him then it levelled out again, very close to be honest! He was so disgusted that he was holding me up in my plastic car that when we got into traffic and I dropped my speed to proper levels (time and a place y'see!) he overtook 5 slower cars on the wrong side of bollards and then went through a red light. So yeah, in the end he 'won'

Brett, you'll have to drop me a PM and ill take you for a spin...............altho I may do Stockport on Thursday if the sun is out?

Yeah quite fancy that JR! The application for track time came through the post altho im a bit worried about noise levels for track days now!!!
