And don't say well obviously goats milk, because feta cheese can be sheep and goat, and Greek halloumi (sp?) contains all 3.

If it's called GOATS cheese, i'd probably be inclined to go with the fact its made of GOATS milk ... Well that, or it's actually made from cows milk and made by highly trained goats - anything to undercut the polish workers these days

It makes no difference what kind of milk it is if you are lactose intollerant.

Actually, it doesn't. I can't have cow's milk. It gives me an upset gut, and I spend a lot of time on the loo. I'm fine with goats milk however
