I watched one of Rumsfelds conferences from just before the Iraq conflict where he stated 'this isn't even a debate Iraq has nuclear capabilities and is stockpiling weapons of mass destruction'. Where are they stockpiling them Iran? convenient

the Americans planned invasions of Cuba when the russians moved missiles there, why shouldn't the russians do the same in return?
the only problem faced is that people in Eastern European countries where the sites are planned, still have grievances against Russia ie Poland. so they MIGHT be more inclined to allow the Americans in.

Russia will do as they please, if it came down to it Russia would win a global conflict against USA because they are tough as old boots the Russians, they are a nation of factory workers, farmers, labourers who work in all conditions, Americans are fat and lazy.
Ok, wars these days are fought with buttons rather than knuckles, but I don't believe for a second that Russia actually got rid of its nuclear stockpile at the end of the Cold War

no but they have invaded surrounding adjoining countries in there communist period a few years ago, for no reason.
they also restrict things like gas and electricity to certain parts, mainly areas that are against them politically
