I was doing bout 15mph in dav town centre and she pulled out of a junction with a bus blocking her view!! im hopeing it will come out then have a look at the paint work after that

exactly the same damage happened on my gsi and that was 3 years ago, was touch and go whether they repaired, and only because i badgered them into repairing it did the insurance repair it, they wanted to write it off.

the dagame comes to about 1600 quid for that damage, and they write cars off for anything from 66% of market value

But luckly her husband works for a bodyshop and said he would repair it (not through insurance) do i trust him or do i get some money off him and get it sorted with the bodyshop that does my work for me???

Ask to see some of his work first, he wont mind at all if it means not going through insurance

wiplash mate.. cant get wiplash if u dont go through insurance and they could turn around and say you was drunk and refused to give details of insurance.. sounds worst case but could happen, if you dont report it and they do. first question.. why didnt you report accident? think about it
