Right guys me and my mate spent yesturday sorting out the moulds and things for the carbon door cards and got it all sorted out and finished so if anyone fancies any then they are now on sale on ebay.

Carbon Door Cards

There will also be one on my door at PVS on the corsasport stand in the red section so if you want to see the quality and fit then come and check it out.

can these be used with corsa with electric windows? where would the switch's be mounted?

yes they can but you would have to work out where you would want the switches, as it would depend on whether or not you keep the standard switches or wire it up to another switch and then mount that on the door card.

These cards have only be mocked up for manual windows but there is no reason why they cant be used with electric aslong as you can sort the swtiches out yourself

How thick is the panel?

the rears are work in progress only had a chance to do the fronts so far but shud be able to get them done in a few weeks.

Panel is prob about 2mm thick if that.

like we discussed at pvs, once youve got the back done give me a shout do like them at front aswell but since ive got electric windows and want my speakers at front would take alot of messing on my part and tbh id probs bodge it up trying to cut the holes right.

yeh he will be able to its just getting things mocked up that takes abit of time, so just ask him what you want done he is pretty willing to do anything

yeh the ones from yukspeed are absolutely crap abs plastic with a silver pattern printed on it! i bought a set and regretted it big time so got together with my mate and we made up some proper carbon fibre one which look a million times better and are lighter still!!!

Will be avaliable from now for years to come as they are made to order so you can buy whenever.
