well not really about cleaning as such but how are you protecting your cars on the journey there? anybody actually sticking cling film on it?

i dont fancy spending ages cleaning it and then getting it covered in flys on the way down.

Don't even think of doing something as gay as sticking cling film on your car

If you used proper wax then all you would need to do is give it a quick wipe over and some quick detailer.

Cars are for driving, not wrapping up in food preserving materials.

Mines getting cleaned and waxed etc tomrorrow, then its staying locked up in my garage until Sunday morning. Not gonna let it get rained on after cleaning it!

Then just give it a wipe over when i get to the show.

I just plan on cleaning it on the Saturday, then seeing how it looks on the Sunday. To be honest, not that many people will look that closely at my car so not worried if it's immaculate.

Hoping it'll stay as clean as it did at the EM meet.

Cling film on cars is just gay. Just give it a good polish and waxing before you set off. I drove for 3 hours last time, wiped the dew off the car in the morning. Gave it a quick waxing when I was there and was good as new again.
