Very dodgy TBH mate, Especially as he's from manchester

It's not unheard of people meeting to buy a car then having their freinds mug the sellers for the money on the way home

If i was selling mine i wouldnt trust it tbh, Take some friends with you for sure!

meet in a public place, bring a mate, get reg plate of the car he comes in, incase anything dodgy happens. Most people are genuine just get the odd scumbag i suppose!

ive met a few people to get cars and that.. always better to go with someone....

I wouldn't drive my car to anyone to sell it, I also wouldn't buy a car from someone in a car park.

Seems silly to me.

I travelled over 400 miles to get my corsa. If the buyer is serious, then why wouldn't he come to your house? IMO get the buyer to collect from your house. Always the safest option.

I don't understand how the buyer coming to my house is the safest option. He'll know where I live if he wants to come and get his money back, he'll know where the car is kept if he wants to come back and steal it at any point, and tbh it doesn't really bother me if I get stabbed on my driveway or in another public place..

at least if he tries to stab you at your house you can get your parents to give him a row
