i had this problem mate, you need to verify your bank details and set up instant bank funding, its annoying when you need something quickly and the cheque takes 10 days to clear

i had this, the guy told me he hadn't got the PDA i sent. he said he was going to get a refund from me through paypal.
I instantly got on the blower to my bank and stopped ALL direct debits from both eBay and PayPal
I told him what i'd done and then said "Put that in you pipe and smoke it"

This is why I send all packages Special Delivery, so the badgers have to sign for it, or I can claim Royal Mail without a problem if it gets lost.

I only use it as it's so easy and relativly safe...And it's free to transfer to your bank account if the transfer is over £50..Does take about 5 days though...

it's not very safe for sellers though, people seem to get their money back a bit too easy.

There must be a minimum charge or something?
A guy at work sent me 5p yesterday via paypal as a test to see how much it took. We were hoping it would take an amount that was less than a penny, but the cunts took the whole 5p!
So basically there was no point in paypal even informing me i'd received a payment because they'd taken it all anyway!
Total Amount: £0.05 GBP
Fee Amount: -£0.05 GBP
Net Amount: £0.00 GBP
