can you get them made if they arnt on the dvla website and as long as its not taken?

but how do you know if its taken or not thts what im confused about because i ant J16 NJP but no sure if someone has it and DVLA dont have it cna u let me know please.

you wont be able to buy if the dvla havnt let it go. They will put all plates they realease either on site or auction

do a vehicle check on the rac website to see if the numbers on a vehicle?
