I play lottery online as I'm too lazy to do it in shop.

When I was with my EX, she for some reason put her details on the lottery online..... well she put her details on so she could play, so she wrote over my details on tehre without me knowing.. Bascically, without me knowing or reaslising, she changed her details so its her bank account details on there. Last week I put £10 on lottery on-line, which without me knowing, came out of her bank. Now she's saying I'm going to get done for fraud and she's going to the police?

But why the fuck would I play the lottery off her account? As the winnings would go to her account?

Yes.. shes now started hanging aronud with my ex ex g/f and they send me stupid texts all the time like watch your car.. your gonna get beat up.. your gonna get done for fraud!

I got on a secong ago saying "let me know what the police say fraudstar "

its not even classed as fraud,thought it would be theft? if you done it intentionally.

but as you didnt its a mistake,hardly worth wasting police time over it.if the police do anything.all you have to say you will give the tenner back and you have changed the details.i cant see them prosecuting you for it,so shes wasting her time
