I start a new job on the 4th and they've sent me a load of forms to fill in and send back, one accepting the terms and conditions, one saying I wish to receive annual shares in the company ( ) and then theres the medical form. Bloody hell!!! They want to know everything! Problems, illness' I may or may not have had, dead relatives Its only an office job for crying out loud!
