where can i get free sand bag's like the ones used to block doors in floods? i'm organising the float for the local gala and it's army theme so i thought it would be quite good to build a sort of fort using sand bags! any other ideas are welcome

i noticed that i'm not too fussed if they're empty coz i can find sand easy enough! i just don't really want to have to buy them because the company wont put any money towards them and i need about 30!
