Right its about time i got one of these up so here it is

Basicly i started driving september 06 and i purchased myself a nice 12v run around.

Did a few mods to it

- GSI Spoiler
- Alloys
- Dropped it 40mm
- Back box
- M3 mirrors
- Simple sound system

and it lucked like this.

This is how the car stayed for a while was gud enough for me

.................. About 7 Months passed

I felt a 1.0 12v was wayyyy to sloww for me lol plus had a few engine problems turned out to be AFM.

I found a v nice car on the net - a 1.4 sport in v gud condition.

Was going at £2000 but that was with 17" on so sein as i didnt want them i thought i could get a decent deal.
I contacted the dealer and i then went so have a look at it.

This is how it stood.

I managed to get a great deal on it. I part exchanged my 12v and paid £400 on top for it

My insurance was only an extra £100 aswell !!!!!!!!!!! thts 18 with 0ync sweet

When i went to collect the car i changed the wheels over so i kept myne and he kept the 17" (didnt like em tht much anyway)

So for a bout a week i was drivin round with just alloys yes it looked like a monster truck lol.

Thats when i got my 50mm spring kit

Fitted the springs gave it a good clean an this is how it stands to this day.

........

Then Monday just gone i had a fekkkin bump and now im in need of a new bonnet, bumper and headlights.

Bonnet is the main damage as you can see, but the headlight bracket on drivers side has snapped completley and there is a big crack on the under part of the bumper.

Im in the process of sorting it out, i was hoping to come to PV with a nice subtle sport but now i dont know if im even gonan go as ive got a fattt dent in the bonnet and such little time to replace it.

So now im looking for a bonnet, smoked depos and hopefully a gsi bumper

Soo weel see how it goes

Looking good. Just make sure you keep on top of the paint work. At least polish it every time you wash

true

your car looks nice just lowered and wheels mate

i would get a nice subtle back box, debadge, keep the rub strips and some clear/smoked side repeaters or even red ones to tie in with the red.

Looks really nice, what insurance company are you with? That's a really good deal you got, only £100 extra.

I know what you mean about the 12v being slow, I have one myself

.....::::::UPDATE:::::......

Right havent updated this in a while and ive had a few things goin on with my car

I Purchased a blank grill and irmscher Badge from PVS, made quite an improvment.

Car stayed like that for a while.

I then got hold of something quite special.............................................

Was quite pleased

The arches needed work so i started that straight away, i sanded em down an re sprayed them.

I also needed a new L-Piece as one of them was cracked so i got a new one from vauxhall and sprayed it myself

In the meantime while doin arches etc i fitted smoked side repeators

I then started putting the kit on.

I started with the back bumper it was the easiest by far took all of 15 min

......................................................................................................................

Then i put the front bumper on

The car stayed like that for a couple of days until front arches were ready.

They were then put on using good old tigerseal

And wollaaa

This is it at its present state

Its got the front end done and rear bumper i just need to sort out side skirts but its looking more an more complicated they do look quite tricky to do.

Will update when the side skirts are on.

Also hopeing to get some calibra leathers soon so hopefully theyl be in

.......................................................................................................................

Im gonna have to either drill new holes or stick it on with something because the numberplate holes dont line up with the holes on gsi bumper.
