So how does it all work on the Sunday then as I can get the jist of it, but don't know some things. I guess people that haven't been before might also like to know things

I know that people who are camping will move from the campsite, to the CS area at about 7am, when the gates open for people with show passes.

So once we have got onto the CS stand, what happens? Should everyone wash their car? Or is it up to the individual? Do CS people like you to wash your car, so that it gives CS a good image and that we aren't all scruffy bastards? I personally will be washing my car on the Saturday, and simply getting rid of bugs etc on the Sunday.

After this, what happens? Simply free to roam around Santa Pod and chill. I know it finishes at 5pm, so is it wheels rolling by then, or packing up by then? Do some people leave before 5pm or does it mess up the look of the CS stand etc?

good post

when you arrive on the sunday the santa pod staff will direct you to the stand

when you get there, in theory there will be some well known CS members who will tell you where to park, ideally you need to wait around the stand till the show opens incase we need you to move your car

washing your car is down to personal prefferance

You will come to the stand and be greeted by an organiser (me, matt h, jr, ian etc)

we will tell you where to go, where to park, possibly hand you some stickers.

you park up, make sure your car is presentable and then enjoy the show.

more details are to be released, look out in GC for posts by me, and u2us...

So what kind of facilities are available to wash your car? Simply a stand pipe and bring your own bucket?

There is a special Vauxhall car park but that is about it - it all depends where CS is relation to the car parks. Of course you can come onto the CS stand by foot.

I just landed up at about 9, got told where to park by Fad, then left at about 3 when I'd looked round everything.
