does anyone do homebrew?
im thinkin i may start doing it. initial outlay isnt bad and after that it works out at 25p a pint! can do stout and bitter tooo..mmm yummy
any hints or tips?
heard lager isnt easy to do and is generaly quite flat. but is quite strong!!

I had a go..and it was awful. My dad was more commited to it and with practice got quite good at it.

the reason everyone says its shit is because people arent clean enough. you need near perfect cleanliness as bacteria will spoil the beer seeing as it is kept at ideal breeding temp for so long for the yeast. as long as you keep it sterile it will taste nice, ive been there and learnt from experience
