Any 1 had any problems with these, ie getting pulled alot. there readable from at least 20 meters and are standerd text. Will i get harrased?

depends how strict the police are around your area, i went 11 months without a number plate on the front and got pulled 3 times, and was only giving a producer twice,
the most u can get is a £30 fine, no points

i pulled first day with mine on and the cop just measured it and said it was ok never been pulled since for the plate.

Had mine since last June and drive my car 30 miles a day 5 days a week to work plus wherever I go at weekends and not been pulled for it once. Will depend on what the police in your area are like.

I dont hang around in car parks or town centres like a boy racer though!

I've had mine since last June.

Haven't had a word said about it from the police, Have been pulled with it on and the plod haven't said anything.

Buy a jap import then you can legally fit smaller (motorbike size letters) plates if their isn't room for full size ones.

Its all legal too.

I've had to swap to full size again as had police in my area actually put me on a "wanted" list of specific "offenders"!!

I've had my 3/4 plates on since december and no problems. people have pointed it out before but never been pulled or fined!

this really pisses me off..... a car can pass an MOT with a cardboard number plate, but the fuzz always pull people over.

the other day i was behind a police car, infront of him was an old transit with cement and shit all over the number plate.

Could NOT see one letter or number. The police did fook all about it....... Rant over.

If the text is standard size and spacing I doubt you'll ever get pulled.

Won't be 100% legal if it doesn't have postcode etc on it but not illegal enough to ever get pulled.

heres mine:

letters are 72mm high (legal is 79mm) overall plate size is 440mm x 100mm boder size is also legal.

have been pulled, and they didnt mention the plates at all, had plenty of police cars behind me, never been pulled for them.

mine are standerd text n all that bobbins just 3/4 plate. ive had no trouble with it yet touch wood

How often do you get pulled over?

I never got pulled - I have a friendly policeman live opposite me who tipped me off. I had 3 cars turn round after me but I always ducked down a street or a car park

When I get bored I pop the plate back on sometimes but I know I'm being monitored now
