Even after a good nights sleep i always feel tired... Think it could be time to go see the Dr. anyone else get this? It could be down to all the uni work, but even on days when i rest and do nothing i feel knackered, could be my diet or something. I eat well though (fresh veg etc. not much junk food)
Reckon i should get go see the Dr.

You could be a diabetic.

I have it slightly apparently. It's too much junk that does it to me. Milkshake and WKD last night has fucked me up today lol.

I'm tired all the time, but I think its cos i'm just lazy

When im off work i don't do anything..

When im in work im up early and bed late

But.. I'd go and see your doctor to be on the safe side.. MY dad's always asleep cos he has heart problems, and my aunty always feels tired and she has just been diagnosed with a dodgy heart!

Could be a number of things!

I've got the same... went docs for Diabetes test but nothing.

But I'm constantly drained, and have no energy, and falling sleep at work.. and the problem is I can't sleep at night..

But to be honest I don't eat healthy, I don't eat fruit or anything but from today I will change this as it's making me ill.
