Or you can just download the .flv file using http://www.saveyoutube.com/ and then convert to mpeg using http://www.rivavx.com/index.php?encoder&L=3. Its free and dead easy to use

Which is what I do
Except I don't use Riva as it was only saving 40secs worth for me.
I use 3GP_Convertor for that
