Found ths thought it was pretty cool, its in Derby on the Cathedral near the Assembly Rooms:

A webcam with actual live images the Radio 1 webcam is shocking, takes about 2 images per day.

lol yup its a pain in the backside, that r1 cam. updates it self every 6 seconds this one i think and yes i do have a soft side lol
