my mates name turned out to be johnson instead of jones. although being confirmed by two other mates. To get this changed?

 We had that problem, my mate spelt another mates name wrong, paid £50 to change it and got it wrong again

We call one of my mates Spaniard, because hes errr spanish. So one year one of my mates was booking our holiday, so he rung me up, as he couldnt get hold of spaniard, and said
'dave, im booking the holiday, how do u spell spaniard?'
me: 'mate, thats not his real name'
'oh it isnt? what is it then?'
me: 'adam'
'oh, didnt know that'
