my drivers side mhw has got some water in it and abit of mold, i took it off the other day but it looks like its all one sealed unit, and ideas how to clean the inside out? especailly the mold

take the bulb holder out and blast the fuck out of it with a hose then let it dry overnight?

Thats what i'd try, or spray some fairy liquid in there and some warm water. Leave it to soak over night then rinse out. Leave in the airing cupboard or somewhere dry and warm to dry up inside.
