If your kidneys were aching after a heavy weekend (not stopped aching all day) and you'd drank 10 glasses of water but it don't seem to have unclogged (technical term) it

It went ok, first time playing for 3-4 weeks due to bank holidays and travelling with work

Kidneys held out and felt better afterwards was done in after it. The surface is dead heavy so my legs get very done in very quickly

whatever you do, do NOT drink Tetley's before any sort of physical activity

Few weeks ago, went to the local Goals for some 5-a-side action. Our slot was postponed so we popped into the bar for a quick drink and I had a Tetley's. The stuff sits at the top of your chest and doesn't move felt awful.
