No its normally pretty fine. Just my cock head flat mate has recently found final fantasy online so now he plays it whenever he is awake. Its the one like WoW where you just walk around and stuff. Tempted to break his laptop so he cant play it
But beacuse of him our internet is so stupidly slow all the time !!

took 13 minutes for me to download the demo, first race was dissapointed then took the zonda track car out a spin and was like "WOW" cant wait for full game

Is there a way to pause the download now?
Beacuse I need to stop mine and I will resume it later on. Do just unplug the new connection but leave the xbox switched on?

just been playing it and a bit disappointed They've made the cars all a bit easy to drive (no aids apart from ABS on) - the corvette was a pig to drive in forza even with all of the aids on, with them off in FM2 its piss easy (just slid around corners). The TVR and F430 are a bit of handful, but im finding the whole game fair easy compared to FM1.
Plus the graphics are good, but all the cars seem a bit too shiney and plastic and there still a lot of anti-aliasing problems.
Sound wise though, its fecking awsome, pretty damn realistic!
Have to wait til the release but so far i dont think its anywhere near twice the game FM1 was....

I think the biggest let down was the graphics, it seems that it was over-hyped - cars are far from photo realistic and they have a lot of anti-aliasing problems around edges (was play it at 1080p) and the general atmosphere looks a bit too bright and in your face. And the scenary is a bit of a let down, a lot better than FM1 but still looks too flat.
Little bits like how the dust and smoke hangs in the air is very realistic though, and adds to the realism. But the cars are the main feature and personally i think they could have been a lot better.
Like said though, theres still a little time to tweak things.....

ooo controversy!! As long as its better than FM1 im happy. I need a deacent racing game for the 360, so bored of it at the moment.
Dom, have you tried it at 720p?

no, will go and give it a whirl in a sec but i wouldnt have thought it'd make much different?
It worth getting though and is going to be one of the best racing sims on the 360

i seriously dont know how you guys are finding it easy? have you got assists turned off?
the slowest class cars are quite easy, but im having real difficulty controlling the porsches, ferraris etc?
are you using the controller? I can assure you the wheel is difficult

I've only managed to have a quick play, turned traction control off and stability and set it to manual. Took the M3 out and loved it  It didnt have the WOW factor I was expecting but its still the best car game out there by far. Untill GT5 is released i'm guessing!
