If you obtained your car licence before 1 February 2001 you do not need to complete a CBT to ride a moped.

what i mean is,will my full drivers licence cover as a provisional for sitting my cbt (compulsory bike training) on a 125cc bike.Thats under instruction,not on the road by myself

You can ride up to a 125cc bike with your car lisence. And you have to complete a CBT.
If you want a bike 125cc or over then you have to complete a full bike test.

Yes, on a Full drivers license permitted that you have done a CBT you can ride up 125cc but not over 33Bhp (has to be restricted)
