Yeah, easy.

£59 return per person, so £200-250 would be more than enough for a great day.

Buy a 'Carnet' tube ticket - its a block of 10 tickets which means you can jump from Gare Du Nort to Notre Dame (Cite), walk to Louve and shops on Rue De Rivoli, up the Arc Du Triomphe then down to Eiffel Tower. If you're pushed for time, swap Louvre for Musee De Orssay - it's a lot smaller but not as crowded and huge!!

Driving may not be such a bad idea.
Me and Adam went over to visit my dad, and he basically drove us round Paris in a few hours to see all the sites!
You can park anywhere there, pretty much at the bottom of the eiffel tower and right by all the touristy places.

We did France yesterday, decided at 1pm we were bored so bombed down to Dover for the 3pm Ferry then got the ferry back at midnight, would have been even better if we'd not gone on a Sunday night when all the shops were shut
