Hey everyone
Basically my brother got a parking ticket a week or 2 back, and has contested it, he got home tonight and found that he wasn't successful and would have to pay the fine. Where he lives its all resident permit only, which he has, however there are 5 spaces outside a few shops (spar etc) There is a sign saying no permit holders HOWEVER the sign was pointing away down the one way road, so as he drove up to it, it was facing the opposite way. I t was also about midnight so wouldn't be able to see the sign anyway.
I'm sure i remember reading something about if a sign is turned its down to the highways (or someone) to make sure it is turned back round..Anyone got any helpful advice ??
