can anyone give me some help on wat would be the best way to get my gsi faster, and rough prices please, its a standard engine at the moment, any help would be great, cheers

inlet manifold... lexmaul would be best for a standard car, then theres mantzel or dbilas... any of the above will cost about £300-350.. but they will give you a noticeable power increase,

you'l also want to free up the rest opf the circuit by buying a 4 branch manifold a decat and a cat back system (nothing too big)

with a remap you should see a nice figure of bhp and torque, id say anything up tp 130-135 bhp mate, i had all of the above mods and it was great fun

just do as I said mate, ignore the other ones... no point spending £2000 ish on tb's unless you're hardcore tuning mate, inlet aetc will give you a nice enough increase.. and then cam it in the future if you want the extra poke...
